About SMD
As part of the strategy to restructure and reposition UEH as a multidisciplinary and sustainable university, the School of Media Design (SMD) was established under the School of Technology and Design in February 2022, with a mission to apply technology to everyday life and integrate it into art and design. Sharing this vision, SMD aims to become a leading center for design education, promoting scientific research, fostering industry partnerships, and organizing communication and arts events in a positive, creative, and sustainable manner.
